The Notebook of Carlos Moore

Carlos Moore is a character in a World of Darkness game set in Southern Arizona. A former DEA agent, he was set up by a drug cartel know as the Montez de Ocas and lost his job. He now works for the Gomez family, a ring of coyotes smuggling illigal immigrants across the Mexican border. Yet he still plots to bring down the Montez de Ocas.

This "blog" is a transcript of the encrypted electronic journal he keeps, documenting his activities and the evidence he's collecting against the MDO.
